In T2S Ibérica we have two models of vinyls without CE marking: the Oralite 5400 and the Oralite 5200. Below, we will present in detail some characteristics of both:
ORALITE 5400: CE unmarked foils for guide signs, informative and advertising signs, anchors and rivets
The ORALITE films of the 5400 COMMERCIAL GRADE series have been specially designed for the manufacture of traffic guide and information signs. However, they can also be used for reflective outdoor advertising posters, for which a minimum of retroreflection is sufficient.
Its minimum duration is 4 years and comes in coils of 50 meters. As for its dimensions, you can choose widths of 610, 920 or 1235 millimetres. In our catalogue you can also find 6 colours: white, yellow, orange, red, blue, and green. Retroreflection values and daytime reflection colours comply with EN 12899-1, class RA1, design A (Europe).
ORALITE 5200: CE unmarked sheets for information signs and reflective advertising posters
ORALITE 5200 films are level I microspherical retroreflective films, which are not CE marked. They are ideal for short-term outdoor uses and are often used in informative signs and reflective advertising posters, for which a minimum of reflection is sufficient.
They come in coils of 50 meters and in 3 different widths: 610 millimetres, 920 millimetres and 1235 millimetres. As in the ORALITE 5400 model, in the T2S Ibérica catalogue you can also find 6 different colours of the 5200 model: white, yellow, orange, red, blue, and green.
Its expected duration is 3 years. It’s worth mentioning that it’s also available with RapidAir® for a simpler app. In this case, the model is called the ORALITE 5200RA.
