ORALITE 2018
The ORALITE 2018 is a retroreflective vinyl designed to be applied by heat on flexible surfaces, such as cones and self-rolling temporary signals. It comes in coils 50 meters long and 1270 millimetres wide, in white or fluorescent lime colours.
The duration of this material is 4 years, thanks to the protection against dirt and moisture of the prism surfaces, which is achieved by welding the sheet at high frequency to a soft vinyl back. Hence, its great ability to resist inclement weather.
ORALITE Radiance
ORALITE Radiance is a flexible material designed to be used in harsh outdoor environments, in the stripes of cones and delimiters. It consists of a robust sheet highly reflective and resistant to inclement weather, which can be die-cut and cut with a plotter without sealing the edges.
This material is composed of retroreflective elements of cubic edges attached to a robust flexible polymer film stabilized against UV radiation. The surfaces of the prism are covered by a layer of vacuum-deposited aluminium, which forms a mirror surface on the faces of the prism. A powerful pressure-sensitive adhesive is laminated to aluminium to adhere, for example, to the cones.
